The List - September 2014

PC games worthy of mention for this month, ordered by my interest. (Monthly US releases are only estimated, game may end up all hype and really suck).  September is usually the beginning of the massive holiday game rush.  This year not so much.  Does give the adventure folks an opportunity to shine.

Planetary Annihilation - RTS
The spiritual successor to Supreme Commander.  This game takes the series to a new level by allowing multi-planet battles.  Though it took a hard rap in the early access phase, one can hope the devs are taking a lessons learned moment. 

The Vanishing of Ethan Carter - Adventure

An indie mystery adventure game that is getting noticed for trying to progress the genera in a different direction.  

The Walking Dead - Season 2 - Adventure

Though technically the last episode came out in August, the complete season is now available.
