Tiger Woods Back on the PC

Well, sort of.

In a previous entry I complained how the Tiger Woods franchise has been flat on the PC; regarding graphics and environment. I expect Crysis on the links these days. Instead, we get no TW:2009 for the PC. Not that it mattered, the graphic were the same from 2008.

Alas, TW returns, as Tiger Woods: online. Following the wave of high end browser based gaming, such as Quake, Tiger will now be browser based. The idea is to make it more community based, and a bit more friendlier to casual gamers, which makes up a huge audience on the PC. Damn Facebook.

Great, TW is back, right? Wrong.

• The graphics are worse
• Only 3 courses to start
• No more mods/fan based courses (gotta love the old local options)
  
• Nothing really new from 2008, actually went backward
