E3 Awards

Review sites are beginning to trickle their E3 awards. Let's see how well the PC does against the mighty over-hyped consoles.

This is interesting, Gamspy brakes down "PC Awards" in a separate category from the "Console Awards". I guess PCs are in a realm worthy of their own. Heck, even the "Console Multiplayer Award" goes to a game available on the PC. Anyways, later on they do have some overall awards that combine them all. Here's a list of awards the PC takes home.

~ Best of Show - Bioshock has its roots in the PC (System Shock universe) and continues on the PC among others
~ Best of the Show, Runner up
~ Action Game
~ Best Strategy Game - Exclusive PC
~ Best RPG - Exclusive PC
~ Best MMO - Exclusive PC
~ Best Expansion Pack - Exclusive PC
~ Most Innovative - Exclusive PC
~ Best Graphics - Exclusive PC,
So even after all the PS3 graphic hype, and the graphic award goes to a PC exclusive game.
~ Best use of License

The PC missed out on about 4 awards, like music, sports, platformer, party game.
