Here's my take. Never in my history of memory, do I recall a console shipping with only one controller. Your not buying the Wii, your buying the Wi. For an extra $40 you can get the other i. Geez, I thought Nintendo was all about player interaction and family orientation. One remote = solo gameplay. Even the Atari 2600 shipped with two controllers.
On top of all this, games will be about $50. $50 Duck Hunt, whoohoo.
