Ok, so while Gamespy did the most shocking games, IGN went the 13 most scariest games approach. So who has the most Scariest?

Like the last list, the PC is the most popular, hands down, missing only 4 titles. I suppose the real scare for PS3 owners is the large amount of money they wasted on a console that has very little titles worth the playtime.
