PC games worthy of mention for this month, ordered by my interest. (Monthly US releases are only estimated, game may end up all hype and really suck).
March gives us two subtitles, two reboots; zero original series.
BioShock: Infinite
- Shooter/RPG
I love Irrational Games, that puts them on top of the list. The next chapter in the highly acclaimed BioShock series takes us out of the water for the first time, and into the air.
StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm
- RTS
PC Exclusive
Blizzard puts out the next chapter to their overpriced StarCraft series. This time you get the SP Zerg campaign, while the MP get unit additions and tweaks.
Tomb Raider
- Action
Lara Croft gets a reboot. Gameplay heavily embraces Unchartered gameplay. Like all things post- 9/11, Tomb Raider goes gritty. Heavily modified to work better for PC version.
SimCity - Strategy
PC Exclusive
The classic city builder is back, with multiplay and MMO tie ins. Utilizes controversial always on DRM. EA plans to use "The SIMS" constant DLC model.
