More highlights on PC's Oblivion

The following quotes are pulled from an IGN article:

Video:
"its [PC] framerate looked smoother and textures sharper. "
"resolutions can be raised up to a level the Xbox 360 can't display"

Mods:
"The big disadvantage of the Xbox 360 version is its lack of the TES Construction Set. While PC gamers will be continuing their Oblivion gameplay long after they work through the prepackaged content (assuming that's possible), they can create their own or download new user content"
" the construction set is a huge bonus for PC players."

Controlls:
"the Xbox 360 controller may actually prove better and more intuitive. Since there aren't any specific damage zones on enemies in Oblivion, hitting a head counts just as much as hitting a fingertip, there's no need to make precise shots. That does away with any advantages the mouse may have held."
* So let me get this right, the Xbox control is better because you don't have to be accurate in your shots. Der?
"I like the WASD and mouse interface because I can control the camera extremely quickly and precisely."
"it's still easier to mess with stuff [inventory] with a mouse"
"Oblivion will support the 360 controller on PC."

Environment:
* PCs can be plugged into TVs and HDTVs just as easily these days as a console.
