Joystiq recently blogged compared the PC and PS3 version of Unreal Tournament 3. The quote:

In addition, Windows users will be able to create custom levels and mods for both PC and PS3 users. So, to all those PS3 gamers, go buy both UT3 copies for each platform, so you can create mods for your PS3, on your PC.
