How big is Yahtzee?

For those living under a shell, Yahtzee (Ben Croshaw) is an Australian, er Brit, living in Australia, that writes whimsical video game editorials; titled "Zero Pronunciation". His reviews feature simplistic "South Park like " animations complimented with tongue and cheek and often vulgar voice-overs. Simply put, its a wonderful combination and a breath of fresh air to the otherwise very sanitary corporate ran environment. His reviews are now published, and presumed funded by "The Escapist" for weekly Wednesday reviews. As side work, he also writes freeware adventure games and blogs like all good folk should. He's also now has a gig with PC Gamer.

So how big has he become?

Google suggest lists "Zero Pronunciation" as top suggestion with only 2 letters "Ze". "zer" will put "Zero Pronunciation" and "ZeroPronunciation" in the top two slots.

In the world of Digg, he's landed one of his reviews (CoD4) in the top 10 gaming category for the last 365 days. Considering Digg is dug by geeks, nerds and dorks; that's a very competitive category.

Lastly, let me just say, the guy 'gets it'. No numbers at the end, no Mario fanboyism, no holding back. And, as that image above should prove, once and for all, he is at heart...a C64 fan!
