PC games worthy of mention for this month, ordered by interest and I explain why.
(Monthly US releases are only estimated, game may end up all hype and really suck)
STALKER: Call of Pripyat - FPS
The first true sequel to the original STALKER game. This game contains mostly more of the same, from the original with a few fixes and improved interation between comrades. I liked the original mostly due to its slower FPS nature. It seems unless your playing a "stealth" FPS, FPS are all run and gun. STALKER manages to create a pace in between the two.
Napoleon Total War - Strategy
This is a stand alone game based on the TW:Empire engine. Includes 3 campaigns, and an all new multiplayer that allows multiple folks to play the actual campaign.
Bioshock 2 - FPS
The first Bioshock was another masterpiece by Irrational Games. BS2 is more of the underground universe, made by a different developer, so the publisher IP holder can make more money. Generally this translates to more action, but less story. That's not a bad thing as long as you know what your getting.
Aliens vs. Predator - FPS
Yes, this game will include 3 single player campaigns, one for each faction. Plus the obvious multiplayer. Sega passed a coop marine "Aliens universe" shooter to make this instead. Will it be worth it?
Sins of a Solar Empire: Trinity - Bundle - Strategy
Combines expansions Entrenchment & Diplomacy with the core game.
